::What I saw in pictures is not equal to what I saw in the reality. The hotel is older. They change me 3 times because in the first room I heard a lot of construction noise at the 7th floor, important I had to carry my own bags while I was changing the room you do not receive any help. Then they gave me a room the only that was in service at the 8th floor because the noice was done in that floor all the rooms was under repair without windows, beds, or any furniture. Again I have to move to the 6th floor and stay there. The brakefast was the same the 3 days I've been there. I consider it is not a 4 star hotel maybe 3 and a little expensive for what they offer. The good things are: they are in a good area, thy have a restaurant and serve good lunch and dinner.

::Soy un agente de viajes y TC, hoy en la mañana cuando trate de entrar al Hotel me vieron desde los pies hasta la cabeza, mostrando indiferencia y rechazo, tuve ke esperar 5 min para entrar al hotel, en cualquier parte del mundo el acceso a un hotel esta permitido tanto a turistas como Tour conductors al margen de que si lucen presentables o no, es una pena ver este tipo de acitud sobre todo de recepcionistas(afuera de la puerta) Ya me imagino como sera cuando tienen turistas afros.

::The hotel has some rooms under construction and some noice was done. Very near everything. The staff is nice. But they don't help you to deliver your luggage to the room. The brakefast is the same thing every day I think they can improve this . But the food is good there. Is well located but I think it is a 3 stars hotel. But the experience was not bad.

::El hotel es basico. Hay q dejar la "lave" Por q tiene un llavero q no se puede guardar!!El desayuno es cafe y algunas cosas... basico. La habitacion muy basica dos jabones de supermercado y un sachet de champoo...no hay plancha para ropa..( edito: hay area de planchado en 1er piso) Alfombras deberían cambiarlas. Hay wifi . Y el restaurant es basico algunos platos. Recomiendo comer fuera. La ubicación , san isidro, sirve si es por fines laborales. No hay tranfer al aeropuerto. Te ofrecen un servicio y hay q pagar en uss y no se puede cargar a la hab . Yo coordine con el que me trajo del aeropuerto y le pago al chofer con tarjeta( dejo contacto). La atencion del personal excelente.. Edicion: me contacto recepcion, luego de los comentarioas y vimos las mejoras. La atencion del hotel es excelente y se preocupan por los visitantes les subo una estrella !

::Comfortable room and bed very warm welcome by the team, easy Parking. There are no outlets near the bed.. nice location in the business center of San Isidro
