  Es muy cómodo tranquilo además está en el centro comercial las habitaciones son muy acústicas así que no se escucha la bulla ni del centro comercial de la calle aparte de eso está cerca a un casino en la parte de abajo está cerca una Placita y está también cerca de la Plaza de Armas te puedes ir caminando también están los centros comerciales de la zona

  Un gran lugar Servicio excelente Sr Kevin en recpcion lo maximo nos dio una atencion personalizada Tarifa y los complimentary tsl como lo pedimos como atencion personal y los extras segun lo pedimos esta diferencia hace un plus en el hotel

  Good hotel, beautiful building, it's not my first Wyndham (Miami and Guayaquil), but it is the first time that I have to wait 3 hours to get a room. I arrived at 11am, but because check in time it's at 2pm I'm still waiting on reception. At 2pm I asked about my room, front desk lady with no eye contact gave to an other front desk employee a room number (# 100) and the room was dirty, waiting 3 hours for this? Unbelievable. Worst customer service ever. Bad front desk service. I would not recommend this hotel because of that. Do you?. At the same day at dinner and next day at breakfast. Was totally different experience. A delicious food and waitresses with great customer service skills. Do I have to change my initial mind? May be.
