  CAREFUL! They try to scam you with scratches on the car, and with the petrol level and mileage! If you really need to book with them, make sure you take VERY detailed photos of the car, and make them register even the slightest scratch or mark. Upon return the try to pin everything on you, and charge you the maximum amount - independently if it's something minor.. IF YOU CAN, STAY AWAY! IF YOU CAN'T, GET THE FULL INSURANCE ONLINE, NOT WITH THEM (at the desk they offered me the full insurance for 450USD for 3 days..)

  Horribe ! Booked a Toyota Hilux 1 month in advance, called 3 times to ensure i was getting a 4x4, i show up and they give me a small suv with no 4x4 !!!

  Domestic flights in Peru are almost always delayed, but if yours is, they will give away your car. They honestly don’t care what you have planned.

  PESIMO LO PEOR QUE HE EXPERIMENTADO, ARRENDE UN AUTO EL DIA VIERNES LLEGANDO A LIMA, PARA SER DEVUELTO EL DIA DOMINGO, ME COBRARON CON SEGUROS INCLUIDOS US 650 LO CUAL ACEPTE PERO AL MOMENTO DE PASAR MI TARJETA ME HICIERON OTRO COBRO POR US2.000 LO CUAL NO ME DIJERON, SIN EMBARGO ME PERCATE DE ELLO Y AL PREGUNTARLE A LA PERSONA QUE ME ATENDIÓ ME DIJO QUE ERA GARANTÍA, EL DIA DOMINGO LLEGUE 4 HORAS ANTES POR QUE NO ESTABA SEGURA DE CUANTO DEMORARIA EL TRAMITE DE ENTREGAR EL AUTO LO CUAL FUE BIEN RAPIDO, PREGUNTE POR LA GARANTÍA DE US2.000 Y LA PERSONA ME PASO UN VOUCHER SEGÚN EL DE ANULACIÓN SIN EMBARGO ESTOS US2.000 NO HAN SIDO DESCONTADOS DE MI TARJETA POR LO TANTO ME COBRARON EN TOTAL US 2.650 POR 3 DIAS DE ARRIENDO DE UN VEHICULO KIA LLAMO INSISTENTEMENTE A SUS TELEFONO Y NADIE RESPONDE UN VERDADERO FIASCO
