  Cold, soulless hotel, overrated, great location but that's it, Adds $100 deposit for the minibar overnight. Expensive also, breakfast poor.

  Restaurant service was horrible. Took about 90 min, did not have wine advertised on table tents, and when it arrived it was ice cold. Eat in the lounge.

  Ok I have not been in the hotel itself but what happened definitely needs a review. I'm coming from a long day of meeting and travel. I have a long flight ahead and you may notice the city can be quite hot. So having a spa in the hotel literally next to the airport where you can rest and take proper shower is the best. So of you need it. Now you know where to find it.

  The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. Bar and spa area were nice and relaxing and room was clean and comfortable

  Over priced, rooms that provide you with no more than you would get in a lower priced chain. I also did not like that they are in bed with Latam Airlines, we were stuck over night there in Lima, they told us at this time of night (10.30pm) there only one hotel.
