  Amazing ceviche. We also tried the local specialty, tortilla de raya (omelette with cured, thinly sliced skate). The fish was so tender and the tortilla full of flavors of the sea. Definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Chiclayo.

  Me gustó el ceviche mixto de 37...buenazo más sus tortas de choclo ufff en su punto todo.
