  Queued for 2hrs to collect tickets that were purchased online. Very poorly managed.

  Eng/Fr: A nice bus company, we take the bus from Chiclayo to Chachapoyas, it was a night bus (from 8:30pm to 06:30 am) for 50soles (the cheapest, you can also have the higher services for 70soles) The seats were comfortable and 180 inclinable, we received a plaid and a pillow, and we also had a not so good meal (for an unknown reason the vegetarian one was better) and a drink (tea or juice) Une bonne compagnie de bus, nous avons fait Chiclayo-Chachapoyas de nuit (de 20h30 à 06h30) pour 50pen place soit environ 15€ (c'est le moins cher, mais il est possible de payer 70pen = 21€ pour un meilleur service) Les sieges sont comfortables et inclinables à 180, un plaid et un coussin était à disposition, le repas était pas super (mais pour je ne sais quelle raison le vegetarien était meilleur) et on nous a proposé un boisson (thé ou jus de fruits)

  Mucho que desear. Aunque los precios son bien cómodos y puedes comprarlos hasta por internet por aplicaciones.
