  The place is nice and clean but the staff is at 2 stars. Went there in the afternoon to get some coffees and teas, only 1 employee was working and there were like 4 customers (including myself) waiting in line. I expected my order to take more than 10 minutes to come out which was I guess "fine". Then the unexpected happened ... 3 more employees come out from the back (probably finishing their shifts) and ordered their coffees, the 1 working barista then goes ahead and makes their coffees while the rest of the customers were waiting. I finaly got my order after 15 minutes. Almost same level of service in their store in Mall Aventura Arequipa, I ordered a coffee from the one barista that was working then I patiently wait for about 10 minutes when a guy comes out from the back whiping his mouth of food and starts making my coffee without even washing his hands ... This brings a bad name to Starbucks, these American companies should really review their stores abroad. ...
