::I booked a corolla but got a prius instead, that was nice for gasoline consumption but we had a smaller trunk (in Peru is not a good idea to have luggage showing). Car was in good condition. Rental process was slow (a lot of paperwork compared to renting in US or Europe) but adequate. I declined all their insurances (used credit card provided coverage) and there was no pressure to take them. In summary, a good rental experience.

::We had a reservation 3 months in advanced for a meet/pickup at the airport. Upon arrival from our international flight waited for an hour with no one arriving. We tried calling both help lines provided in the confirmation email and there was no answer or returned call.
